Where It All Started…
Hi! I’m Freda Keller, the proud owner of Sweeta’s Teas. For over 20 years I have worked in the restaurant industry, a career that has allowed me to connect with people through food, drink and shared experiences. One of the most formative chapters of my journey was the time I spent at the Santa Fe Tea House, where I immersed myself in the world of tea. I learned not only about the rich history and diverse flavors of tea, but also about its incredible ability to bring comfort and wellness into people’s lives.
During my time there, I also was faced with a personal health challenge that made daily life difficult. After much trial and error I discovered the benefits of dandelion tea, which miraculously relieved my symptoms and restored my sense of well-being. This experience sparked a deeper passion for tea, not just as a comforting ritual, but as a source of healing and nourishment.
Sweeta’s Teas was born of this passion. Each blend reflects my years of expertise, personal experience and love for the simple joys that tea brings.
