At Sweeta’s Teas, every blend is crafted and packaged with care. Due to the nature of consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns on opened tea products.
However, your happiness matters to us! If you experience any issues with your order — such as damaged goods, incorrect items, or a quality concern — please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a refund, replacement, or store credit whenever possible.
